At Pi Networks, we aspire to establish a strong name and reputation as a prominent IT Consultancy Service Company and establish as the leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner for small and midmarket companies within the Maldives and in this region.

Our mission is to initiate the digital transformation processes and business automation practices within the Maldives and in this region by enhancing our IT Consultancy services and enterprise solutions.

To realize our vision and mission, we have established a Quality Management System within our company that is in line with globally recognized standards and forms the foundation of a strong customer focused culture that is embedded in all our business processes helping to deliver exceptional services exceeding customer satisfaction and meeting regulatory requirements at all times.

With this promise, the Directors, Managers and Staff of Pi Networks are fully committed:

 

  1. To implement, practice and continually develop a Quality Management System that is commensurate and aligned with Pi Networks strategic objectives and core values;

  2. To establish and support our quality objectives that is measurable, monitored and reviewed;

  3. To ensure all our customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of exceeding customer satisfaction;

  4. To provide all necessary resources for the functioning and maintenance of the Quality Management System;

  5. To continually monitor the performance and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;

  6. To communicate throughout Pi Networks, the importance of meeting customer needs and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements;

  7. To promote awareness of the Quality Management System through staff education, training and dissemination of information;

  8. To meet all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

 

The Quality Policy is well informed and visible to all employees, stakeholders, suppliers, business partners and is also available on our website. The Policy is reviewed as part of the Management Review for its continuing suitability and objectivity.
