About the Role
Gather and analyze client business and financial requirements. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business needs. Support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Assist clients in optimizing financial and operational processes through ERP solutions. Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and user training sessions. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and implementation guides. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution. Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Business Central users. Collaborate with technical consultants and project teams to deliver successful implementations. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
A degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent will be an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is mandatory.
Good understanding of financial accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting and financial reporting.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP processes and solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in ERP implementation, user training, testing and business process improvement will be an added advantage.
